Decorating the Tree...Preston Style

Here is our tree. It is made up of all the decorations Lance and I received growing up. Also of our kid's ornaments that we have given them each year or grandparents have given them. The kids helped decorate it.

Can you see anything...different...here?

Yep. That's Preston for you. He tied his "Fight Guy", as he calls him, to the tree.

Here's Emma checking out the tree. She was pretty good with it. At first.

"Let me get a closer look."

Uh huh. We are teaching her not to touch the tree because it's "hot". So now she goes up to it and shakes her finger at it and says, "No! No! No! Hot!" Sometimes, though, the temptation is too much and she sneaks an ornament or two off. At least it hasn't gotten tipped over!
