Summer Fun

We've had some fun times this summer. Amazing that school starts in less than 2 weeks! Here's a bit of what we've done this summer...

We've also cooked and made treats together when it wasn't too hot to be in the kitchen.

So a couple times. 

Emma finally got to ride a horse with Uncle Dusty. That's what she wanted for her birthday. Pink cowgirl boots and to go ride a horse with Dusty. So cute. So we took her to Dusty's grandpa's house to ride. 

Hannah and Preston had their turns as well. They also rode 4 wheelers with Dusty's brother and sister.

Then yesterday we went to Lagoon with Melanie and Dusty and their kids Madison and Keathen. Funnest day yet. The best part was watching the kids' faces as they rode the rides.

That's Hannah and Dusty in line for the Samuri. Craziest ride there. Thank goodness for the Designated Rider in Dusty. He went on all the rides that us weaklings couldn't do. 

P.S. That was Hannah's favorite ride.

Dusty and I went on the Blast Off. It shoots you clear up in the sky while you're in seats. Oh. My. Gosh. I think you could have heard my scream across the park. Oh and there was Wicked. It is a wicked ride. Preston and Lance rode in the front row and Dusty and I were behind them. Poor Preston. He wasn't expecting all that. Straight up, straight down, spiraling, totally fastest ride there. He was a trooper though. 

But Lance and Dusty going on the Catapult was so fun to watch.

Emma and Keathen were so cute going on the little rides together. I love their faces.
