Turkey for the girls and
Turkey for the boys
My favorite kind of pants
Are corduroys
Gobble gobble goo and
Gobble gobble gickel
I wish turkey
Only cost a nickel
Oh I love turkey on Thanksgiving
It's just a fun and silly song. Can't wait for the Chaunuka Song. On to our Thanksgiving...
We went to Lance's Grandpa & Grandma Sorensen's this year. So fun. We had a blast. Tons of good food and tons of laughter.
Then before our stomaches could settle, we had to leave. Lance was off to Wyoming so I decided to go down to Ogden to stay with my parents. At midnight, I went shopping. Yes I did. Until 3 am. Then I got up and shopped some more online before heading out to shop some more. I literally shopped till I almost dropped. Why? No completely sure at this moment. I'm sure it'll be clear when my kids wake up on Christmas morning and I see their faces. I'm frugal, what can I say? Not everything I wanted was available online so I had to go out and do it the old fashioned way. My brother Matt and his wife Brittnie Bless their hearts came with me at midnight to help in the madness. Britt says never again, and that's fine. Until next year. 12 am sharp, chica!
We hope you had a great Thanksgiving as well. I am so thankful for my husband and kids. And all our families. And the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And food.
